Hello, I had gastric issue yesterday,ate from outside,  had to go to washroom for motion almost every hour and lying straight or on left side was casusing difficulty in breathing. The gas was moving inside and cramps in stomach throughout. Felt vomiting as food stuck till throat. In the morning took empty stomach Nexpro L as my regular medicine for acidity issue post covid recocery. After having that got some releif from nausea and gas moving around inside. Visited Doc he gave medicine for it.. included Meftal Spas, i didnt have that as my body is allergic to certain salts as if i eat it i get uncounsious feeling and numbness in head n body. Rest of the 3 medicines I ate. Its been an hour but still the stiffness and stomach bloating feels same and feels like difficulty in breathing. Please suggest the reason for stiifness in chest. Once after having covid pneumonia it scares me a lot. Thanks.
