Whenever I stand or walk, I feel a kind of heaviness and pain in testes and it is happening with me since 2 days. I have some questions please do answer: 1. Is there any need to consult a doctor for the treatment or it will gonna fix by time? 2. Can I have sex while suffering from pain? 3. Should I take rest or not to rest? And 4. Underwear should be tight or open? Please answer my questions I'm totally confused what to do. Thank you
