I have clear bowel motion every day still i didn't feel my stomach light as it feels heavy on standing. Recently I've had been done ultr and CBC and everything is ok in that report so plz give me any solution..

Hello, it will be better if you can avoid taking large meals. Avoid fatty and spicy food. Do regular exercise.
