I've been noticing a kind of heating sensation in my head(only sometimes) Why does this problem occurs? ? And what is the cure?

HELLO, IT'S A NORMAL PHENOMENON. IT IS SAID  DURING PREGNANCY IF FEMALE EATS VERY HOT THINGS THANIT HAPPEN, BUT NO SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE.   IT'S NATURAL. NO MEDICINE AVAILABLE.  BUT G.P WRITE M.VITAMIN MIGHT BE BENEFICIAL. O.K BYE.
