A very good friend of mine is suffering from bipolar disorder. She's my very good friend. She's the only one whom I'm close to. I love her and she loves me too. But due to her disorder we are having frequent fights due to which my heartbeat increased and my hands shake a lot. I am almost in a panicking situation at that time. I find it difficult to relax.

Hello It seems to be due to an anxiety spectrum disorder. Breath relaxation excercises daily will help. Also consult a psychiatrist in person for evaluation and treatment.
