Sir, my grandpa was having heart attack in year 2011. On 18.01.2018 he got again an attack nd was admitted to hospital. There referred to S.G.P.G.I lucknow, where angiography was done and doctor suggested surgery. Is it safe at age of 79 or can it be cured with medicines ?

If he is active and his heart is in a good condition then surgery may be required to give him a good quality of life. If not fit for surgery then also angioplasty can be considered.
