She is telling that I'm having heart shivering like thing and sweating too much she didn't sleep yesterday night its not pain only shivering like thing in the heart

Hello.... It could be due to increased sympathetic activity... If she is known diabetic check her blood glucose level... Other tests are required to know the cause... Take her to hospital soon... .. General physician will do examination and order for investigations and do the needful......
