My heart rate is 120+ since last three hours but I am fine. Just have minor cold. Please advise why this is happening

If you are having fever or any infection, ur heart rate will be high. Don't worry. If persistently high for long time and associated giddiness, take an ECG.

What's your normal heart rate? Increase in heart rate is generally seen under any stress like anemia, fever, pain. Need a detailed history for proper evaluation.
