Its about more then 3 month I recovered from covid .why my heart beat goes 120-130 after normal walk and in rest all good about 65- 75. Why this is happening to me .I really going in depression day by day.My ecg is normal.Due to this I feel lathergic and heaviness in my head.

Its normal to have heart rate 120 while walking. Just continue regular exercise, it will come down.
