Hi my heart rate is frequently showing above 100, last year I went for ECG & 2DEcho& TMT and those are normal, and 2 months back I took ECG and its normal , can I use BETACAP daily )

High heart rate does not mean you have heart disease. Since your ECG Echo and TMT are normal there is no heart problem. High heart rate can be due to anxiety,  Low stamina, anemia and thyroid disorders.
