Heart rate and cold feet

My heart rate goes to102-100 maximum in day then go to 92 and remain constant for 2-3 hrs and then come down to 84 and remain constant .also I am having cold feet and cold hands .and feel sleepy .what could be reason

Check thyroid profile, and vitamin deficiency also Donot check every 2-3 hrs Heart rate has also variability in day and night time
