Hi sometimes my heart pumps fast but my ECG normal but I have two shoulders pain and gastric problem

Hello sir. If the ECG is normal,  there is no need to worry. Start with tab. Esomac 40mg once a day before meals and syrup.  Gelosil 2tsp 2---2---2. Its a gastric upset that is referring the pain to shoulders. If the medications do not relieve the symptoms,  please see a gastroenterologist. Thank you
