Today my heart rate suddenly jump to 130(got to know after measuring on handy digital BP and heart rate measuring machine at home), felt blackout in front of eyes, high vertigo, unable to breath properly, left arm suddenly start paining a lot, felt unconscious and this condition last up-to 5-7min. Then my heart rate get back to normal on it's own but complete body is paining and feeling as if there is no energy in my body, unable to lift my limbs properly, after some time heart rate again goes up slightly and felt shortness of breath but this time it's mild then before. I am totally confused what happened, can I get to know about my problem???
