My friend, 23 yrs old girl, was having abnormally fast heart beat yesterday evening accompanied by shortness of breath, neck pain.... She said she experienced such things from her childhood, such incidents occurred very infrequently, with a gap of 1 or 2 year or so....... Please advice us about the situation....

Hello.. It might be anxiety neurosis... But since your are giving a very long history better to consult a physician first...consultation with neurologist and psychiatrist may also be required
