Father is suffering from heart issie since 1.5yrs and it is not getting cure. Sue to this he is suffering more and more with other problems too. He admitted in hospital too and no use. Issue name CAD.ISCAEMIC.CARDIOMYOPATHY,SEVERE LV DYSFUNCTION. It will be helpful if i can get good suggestions. I am attaching the discharge summary here.
