I have been having palpitations from 4 months when I lie down. I had Bp, thyroid, ecg and echo done which were normal. Only ecg showed sinus tachycardia. I had covi 10 month back. What should I do next.

Seems to be Anxiety related. Do regular exercise, keep good hydration, do meditation
