  4. Heart palpitations. Or a cardiologist?

I feel heart palpitations 24x7. heart beat is non uniform sometimes its very high and intense. i cant run or walk faster. i always feel that i have no strength in my body. i cant breath easily, only half breath. i do an 8 hours sitting job. should i consult to a physician or a cardiologist ? please help.
