Dear Dr I had may times suffering with heart stroke symptoms like chest, shoulders,neck pain and pressure and hands legs shaking and sweating Irregular heartbeats  I diagnosed ECG , 2D echo,TMT and these are normal lipid levels and sugar levels are in border line blood pressure is 130/80
