There is been some constant pain in chest and my general physician has advised for chest x-ray. Can you please read the attached report and let is know why 2D echo is needed?

The report mentions Cardiomegaly, which means that the size of your heart is larger than normal. 2D echo is needed to confirm the same and understand the possible causes of the enlargement of your heart.
