There are many tests of which most important for heart are Fasting
Lipid Profile (at least 12 hrs), hsCRP, ECG, Echocardiography and colour Doppler, Stress test - there are again many of this ....most common is Treadmill Stress test, most Accurate is Dobutamine Stress Echocardiography, although, it requires a high level of expertise. The other option in the middle is Stress Thallium.
