When someone is sitting with me they notice sound from my nose is caming when i breathe but i didnot hear and didnot have any problem while breathing or any other what is this plz guide me

From how long do you have this problem? Are there any other complaints like nasal obstruction or nasal discharge. Try steam inhalation twice a day
