I am not able to listen properly in my left ear, I started using soliwax ear drop. So I would like to know when it will start showing its impact properly & when I am able to hear properly as already its been 3 days after using.

Soliwax ear drops is used to soften the wax if there is any impacted hard wax inside the ear canal. It dies not dissolve the wax. Once used you need to consult nearby ENT specialist so that he can remove the wax under vision using syringing or suctioning
