If a girl has a ear drum hardening due to cacium deposit can it bring her a permanent deafness and can this be avoided is there any solution to this also can it get Transferred to her baby

You seem to be referring to tympanosclerosis where calcium and hyaline deposits harden the tympanic membrane. Generally there won't be significant hearing loss but if there is involvement of middle ear also then hearing loss may be significant. This condition usually is acquired and won't pass to the offspring
