I am facing some hearing problem since last week. It started just after I ended cleaning my ears with a cleaning bud

Hello..... What is the exact problem,  is it buzzing sound?  Or decreased hearing??  Recent exposure to loud sound,  swimming, can block  hear for time being..  Impacted wax can also do the same..  Consult ent specialist in nearest hospital..  Local examination and Audiometry need to be done....
