I feel urge of passing stool but If I sit on toilet pan without giving any strain then stool does not come by its own process though the stool is soft . I have to give little strain to open the mouth of the Anus  though stool  is soft and I go toilet twice everyday .  Stool comes by its own process only when I get diarrhoea. Sometimes feel incompleteness of passing stool.

Try some life style modification. Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day. Do some physical exercises on a regular basis. Go for morning and evening walks.
