I had a small wound that got infected 3 weeks back. I went to a dermatologist and she prescribed an antibiotic and anti-bacterial cream. The wound healed after a week and no longer hurts. But there is still a small 1cm gash left behind. Do I need to do anything about it or will it heal on its own?
