Headaches - monthly once

2022-05-06 13:07:38
I am getting headaches once a month. Headache usually is around the eyes or behind the eyes and back neck. I apply balm and keep warm compress and sleep. It usually lasts for a day or 1.5 some times. I have had such headache earlier but very rarely. For the past year it seems to have increased and at least from January 2022 it is occurring once a month. Trying to keep a food journal but not seeing a pattern yet. Usually it goes off with applying a balm and sleeping in dark. Two months back I had it along with nausea and I Vomited and I had some left over pain the next day. This was after a travel. A month back it was just neck pain which went away after sleeping. Now again I have headache with nausea. Makes me restless and I apply pressure to feel better. Is this migraine/ sinus? Since I have been able to manage so far with family help, yet to visit any doctor. Any tips and advice to watch out for and when to consult would be helpful.

Mam get your eyes changed one's to rule out any refractory errors. Migraine needs to be evaluated. You can take tab paracetamol with take Domperidome 10mg  for temporary relief. Take rest. Try to notice your trigger factors.
