I have headache problem with vomiting and vertigo. What should i do . I can't do travelling . Headache is unbearable...

TABLET PROPRANOLOL 40MG ONE AT NIGHT.   NO ANY FLAVOURED THING TO BE USED. NO BEETAL NUT, CHEES PANNER. O.K BYE.
