I have been suffering from fever from last 5 days and feeling very week. my blood pressure also decreased some time.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Lanol-ER 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days. Drink plenty of fluids. Have a soft diet.
