Headache when going out
I have headache problem from last many years. I always have headache when I travel whether it is by bus or car. I have headache also when I go out like market etc mostly in afternoon and I have headache also when I take any exam and do some straining physical activity. I had headache almost everyday when I was working in bank often starting from afternoon 3.00 pm or 4.00 pm and sometimes I feel nauseous after getting headache and vomit also. And headache goes away while I sleep in night and next morning headache goes away. I have headache also when I hear some loud music in any party or function. Sometimes when I don't take rest in afternoon it also leads to headache. Headache starts from middle of the head sometimes goes right side of head and sometimes left and sometimes full head. What is my problem ? I am fed up from my headache problem it hampers my daily activities. What is my problem and it's cure?

As u describe ur headache problem it is mainly due to tension. Like when someone have not enjoy in their work they feel burden. Mind have superior role in our life.
