treatment will depend on the severity of your headache. if its severe enough to disturb in your daily routine, then you need to consult and get yourself investigated.
otherwise , maintain a good hydration, take adequate amount of fluids . Try to reduce your screentime on phone/laptop.
If no other symptoms than only headache and pain is not severe and also not increasing in intensity daily , then u can try conservative , otherwise consult.
