I have been having headaches since last 5 years .It starts with left temple and becomes worse as the day progresses. I think its migraine but not sure as once doctor advised me as gastronomical disorder and acidity could be the reason.

I can understand your concern. this is a very little history you have provided here for us to work with. i would suggest you get your headache checked out by a MD Consultant physician at any good hospital near you. get a CT brain also done and also your eyes checked out. after the tests are done, we can decide.
