I am 18 weeks pregnant..These days I suffer mild headache occasionally..I couldn't understand the reason...can I take any medicine that is safe during pregnancy.. what can I do... please suggest

You are 18 weeks pregnant. By this time BP starts rising. I don't know if you are under care of a Gynaecologist for your pregnancy. If yes, he/she will also look for all the problems which develop now. If not, please register yourself for regular check up and delivery in a nursing home where they have a full time Gynaecologist.
