I feel low for over a month now .i cannot actually concentrate in anything .all i think is if things can be more ok with my family or if there can anyway through which may things can be good with all the relationships my family members hold with each other

U are in right way,there is a problem in ur thinking pattern. And this is the most common causes of many diseases.I think ur headache is due to over stress, anxiety or any other mental causes. To copeup this u must consult psychologist online or offline and take help to live a healthy life.
