Headache or Heavyness on Head
Hi all,
From morning i feeling heavyness on around head while shaking head i feel on top of the head .
No other symptoms like. Fever, cough, soar throat, runny/blocked nose.
Please advise some medicine for relief
Okay, so we ll go step by step.
I would be more pleased if you could tell me a little more details. But as of now, i ll advise you yo have a routine BP check up.
Secondly it is very important you have a good sleep of 7 hrs atleast.
Thirdly, avoid dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids, 10 glasses per day.
In case the problem persists, take a tab paracetamol 500 mg to relive headache and consult personally.
