Headache on the right side of the brain

I am getting headaches for the past 3-4 days on the right side of the brain and it lasts all day and since yesterday i started feeling dizzy as well along with the headache. Please let me know what's wrong and also suggest some OTC medicines.

The reason of headache is many, tell me about some associated symptom present or not 1- nausea and vomiting? 2- headcahe aggravates in day light or after seeing tube light 3- headche aggravates after hearing laud noise? 4- any type of taking previous medication? 5- mobile or laptop screen time? If all above points are nit present then

U need  further evaluation. Constant Headaches can be due to many reasons most commonly more stress...more screen time, eye related and covid also as u have also mentioned throat infection.
Next Steps
for time u can take dolo 650 ...3 times daily.
