Headache, neck pain, body shivering, lower stomach pain, lower back pain, cannot control urine, no concentration, memory loss, hair loss ,weight loss. My tsh value is 14.088. Fatigue.

You seem to be suffering from hypothyroidism as your TSH levels are relatively high. You may need to thyroid replacement tablets. Usually once your hormone levels settle symptoms should come down.
