Headache ,Low BP"

My wife work in Sales due to stressful schedule she stick to Laptop 8 hr or more atleast in a day.Now few days I observe she complaints about short breath,Low BP and headache.Please consult whom to refer and suggest quick precautions or solutions.

HEADACHES ARE DUE TO VASCULAR ISSUES I MEAN IT MIGHT BE BECAUSE OF UNTIMELY FOOD INTAKE WHEN EVER SHE GETS HEADCHE ADVICE HER TO HAVE SOMETHING HOT OR FRUIT. shortness of breath is due to anxiety ,lack of sleep.some times due to stress i advice her to do regular pranayama to increase vital capacity of lungs tell her to move around for every hour.

Visit general physician in a hospital with good infrastructure.check anaemia.

Its because of long hours sitting job she does, nt have any physical activity . Do one thing start regularly morning walk at least 45 min a day and check your eye sight
