Headache is just a symptom with so many possible causes... Could be psychological causes like stress, tension related... Or could be physical causes like different types of headache syndromes are there... suggestive of illness... Better get an evaluation.. Symptomatic treatment for the time being can be helpful.

What is that you are not satisfied OR Happy about???!! If you have something on those feel free to talk to your family members or friends. If you feel that you cannot OR you actually  not able to identity exactly,  then I would suggest  you to meet a Counsellor /Psychologist in your city and handle this at the earliest.

Hi..... Self-care measures can help ease the pain of a headache. Try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation may help ease the pain of a headache. Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. Rest and relax. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on. ....
