Headache issue
My friend is suffering by headache since last night. She is living along with husband on the top floor where ray's of sun coming directly and in afternoon it's becomes so heated. Kindly suggest any precautions and medicine which will helpful for this problem.
Hello, as it's problem related to direct sunlight take plenty of liquids so keep herself hydrated. They can use a green curtain to protect them self. Tab sibelium ten one at night as required can be taken after food. Light diet like porridge khichari messed chapati MOONG DAL,curd etc are benificial. Ok.
