HELLO, EYE CHECK UP BP TO MONITOR. TAB NEPROSYN 25O TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS OR AS REQUIRED. TAB CIPLAR LA40 ONE AR NIGHT. TAB SIBELIUM 10 ONE AT NIGHT IF NEEDED. OK.

I cannot suggest anything other than a routine dolo 650 at the time of headache knowing so little about your history. If you've any associated symptoms like sensitivity to light or sound, nausea, etc it's advised to consult.
