Doctor I have constant headache sometimes more or less,and also fell heaviness in my head,and sometimes feel mild dizzy also...I Also have a bit of bit of pain in my eyes and also my eyes feels sleepy..I have shown eyes specialist and no vision or eye problem have been diagnosed want can be the reason...i seriously worried...

Hello, As you have already explained that an opthalmology opinion has already been sought for this headache. Then as per your description the headache is likely to be Tension type headache. Please visit a neurologist or a psychiatrist near you for assessment and management.. Hope this helps you.. Best wishes for your health and future..
