Headache, fever and body chills

For 5-6 days I have fever ranging between 100-102°. For first 2-3 days there was acute headache which got subsided after having paracetamol. Headache is better now but I keep having body chills when I try to sleep. Have taken 8x500mg Paracetamol but no relief.
