For the last three four days am having headache sometimes its painful, i am in my 15th week going to 16th week of pregnancy, my first trimester scan is okay and all other related blood tests like creatinine,cbc, lgt all were normal, pressure is also normal, so why a headache now? Is it normal in second trimester, and can go away on its own, can i take paracetamol 650 for ehadache also? Kindly suggest, am having iron and calcium tablets as of now.
