Headache, causing gas and weekness

Hi all , I'm getting a headache with a tight head and also feeling gas and anxiety.sometimes the headache will occur at my right eye and back side head and sometimes I feel dizzy .basically I'm a  tensed person .The last one and year I stress a lot and doing work from home causes back ache and neck pain .what would be the reason whom  should I consult. Thanks in advance

Don't over think. Avoid unnecessary stress. Drink plenty of water with ORS. Can take tab paracetamol 650 mg 3 times in a day for 3 days then sos for headache. Tab pantop D-sr twice in a day for 7days them one's in a day money empty stomach. Take rest.

Back and neck pain can be due to your posture. Headache can be due to Overthinking and your anxious nature.
