hello, it can be due to any previous head injury or Subdural/subarachnoid Hemorrhage.
Diagnosis can be identify by CT of brain.
Another differential diagnosis may be upper cervical spondylosis or VBI.
If SDH/SAH observed then Surgery followed by physiotherapy and if Upper Cx spondylosis or VBI is there then Physiotherapy only required with Cervical Traction for upper vertebrae,Mulligan therapy & Stretchings of different neck musculature.
