Hello I have headache since 3 days it comes and go sometime severe and I have neck pain also. When there is headache I feel dizziness that I cannot walk I will faint. What should I do?

Get blood pressure , eyes, checked and x ray cervical spine. Tab dolocide m R. One every 8 hours  after meals for 3 to 4 days. Tab cinnarizine 25mg  every 8 hours for a week. Avoid neck bending.
