I am 6 week pregnant.confirmed 2 times with kit and all symptoms are showing.my problem is , suffering from Headache and constipation since last 3-4 days.

Drink plenty of water and take more of vegetables & fruits...and take syp.duphulac 15ml at bed time to pass easy motion in the morning ..

Put a head band and avoid light and sound. Take Tablet Paracetamol 500 if still no relief

Syrup Duphalac 4 spoons at bedtime with a glass of warm water
Health Tips
Drink lots of warm water and milk today Electrol powder sachet twice a day for three days
