I HV headache and runny nose since one day...headache is going critical and I'm feeling fewerish

A headache and runny nose arise usually due to viral upper respiratory tract infection. However severe headache is uncommon and may be associsted with sinusitis (frontal/ethmoidal)
Next Steps
May start with paracetamol. Usual adult dose is 650 mg thrice a day. rush to a physician if persistent fever headache or rash

Most likely its viral infection. Take plenty of oral fluids. Take paracetamol if you have fever. Keep blowing out nasal secretion frequently. Do warm saline gorgle & steam inhalation.
