Head tightness and neck stiffness

I was on antidepressants and alprazolam from last one and half year. From last four months I'm taking only alprazolam 0.25mg. Actually I'm talking half of 0.25per day. But i dont know my major symptoms are serve neck and head tightness...i also check my cervical spond all is ok

Did the doctor stop anti depressants? Why are you taking only alprazolam? Are you under constant stress about something? This could lead to the symptoms you mentioned. Consult a Psychiatrist online or in person. In Mumbai you can visit me at my clinic.

Anxiety and stress can cause stiffness in muscles which mostly affects neck. Consult a psychiatrist again for detail evaluation of your condition. All the best
